Consistent quality over time
I've bought from Zeb several times now. My latest purchase was a blazer and a pair of chino's. Good quality jeans, slow delivery
I ordered a pair of slim fit jeans and a t-shirt last month. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. It took about 8 days for the package to arrive, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores I use. The jeans fit well and the denim felt good quality, pretty comfortable. The t-shirt was also decent, true to size. Customer support wasn't needed so I can't speak to that. Overall, happy with the clothes themselves but the shipping was a drag.
Decent jacket, website could improve
I bought a winterjas from Zeb. The jacket itself is nice, good and warm for the price I paid. Delivery was okay, took about 6 days. The only thing that bothered me a little was navigating the size charts on their site. It wasn't super intuitive and I had to double-check a few times to make sure I got the right size. It worked out in the end, but it could be smoother. Value for money on the jacket was definitely there, but the online experience could use some tweaks.
